From the land of North Carolina comes The Redneck BBQ Lab. Founded in January, 2017 by Jerry L. Stephenson and a college buddy. Redneck Scientific has competed in more than 122 Kansas City BBQ Society competitions earning 20 Grand Championships and 11 Reserve Grand Championships, including the 2017 Reserve at the American Royal. They have competed up and down the East Coast and spots at the Jack Daniels World Championship Invitational BBQ and the American Royal World Series of Barbecue.
